As the owner of Victory Blinds Hobart, Brad purchased the business in 2026 after more than 20 years renovating homes and working as a plumber. Having trusted Victory Blinds in his own renovation projects, he saw the opportunity to build on its 35-year reputation while helping more homeowners create spaces they love. Brad enjoys meeting new people, bringing their ideas to life and showing customers that quality, custom window furnishings can be more affordable than they might expect. His goal is simple: provide honest advice, quality products and a personalised experience that leaves every customer feeling heard, valued and confident in their choice.

Supporting Brad is Steph, who joined the team when Brad purchased the business in 2026. She brings more than 10 years of experience in the window furnishings industry, with extensive knowledge of both internal and external products.
